Hi Laura I just wanted to thank you for all your support during pregnancy and the great techniques you taught us. We had a wonderful and calm birth for our baby Arthur. I managed to breath during the contractions which although intense at times were always manageable. He was born so quickly (the pushing stage was over in a few minutes! No time to even turn on the birth pool!) but calmly and I felt a lot more in control this time round and able to actually enjoy this truly magical moment of welcoming my baby boy into the world. From all of us thank you!
