Dates and locations of group courses


Sessions are live on Zoom.

When you register you’ll be sent more details.

You’ll enjoy the energy of a group, while staying home.
There’s a 10 min break in the middle of each class. You’re welcome to eat your dinner during the class.

 

What if some of the dates are not good for you?

If you can’t attend a session*, I’ll record it and you can watch it off-line before the next live session.
You can reach me between sessions to ask questions and clear doubts!

If you prefer a private session to replace the one you can’t attend, that’s good. Just get in touch.

* during the 4th session I guide the group through a fear release. If you cannot attend that session, I’ll provide the recording of it, omitting the fear release and we’ll arrange a 1hr private session to cover it.
